"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." Matthew 28: 19-20

At JOY CHURCH, our DNA is missions. We take the Great Commission as our commission and we're serious about the calling God has placed on each of us and on our church.

We support missionaries locally, nationally, and globally and it is our desire that you will join with us in sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ with those who need to hear about the hope found only in Jesus. We build relationships with partners in different nations and become like family. Some of the locations that we reach are India, Africa, South America, Southeast Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

We are ALL called to make disciples of all nations, to know Him and to make Him known. We, who are in Christ, are called to be His witnesses. God invites us to be a part of His redemptive plan for the world. Short-term missions are a great way to encourage missionaries and participate in what God is doing throughout the nations.

But to follow God’s plan, it often requires us to overcome our fears and obstacles. Trust in God. Partake in His glory. JOY is a church that is transformed by the gospel, to transform the world. We are blessed to be a blessing to the world.

Pray! Support! Go! See below for more information about our short-term trips this year.

General Trip Information

Trips are generally 7-12 days in length and costs include airfare, lodging, food, onsite expenses, and in-country transportation costs. All those who participate in a JOY-sponsored trip must complete an application and attend mandatory training sessions in preparation of the trip. Team meetings are an essential part of the short-term mission experience as the times of prayer, fellowship, and training help to build relationships and knit the team together.

For more information, please email Pastor Kevin.
