Guide to the Book of Acts from BibleProject

This is an excellent guide through the book of Acts. The accompanying videos are well-produced and extremely helpful.

 

Acts: A 12-Week Study

This is a helpful Bible study that is made up of four components: 1) reflection questions help readers engage the text at a deeper level; (2) “Gospel Glimpses” highlight the gospel of grace throughout the book; (3) “Whole-Bible Connections” show how any given passage connects to the Bible’s overarching story of redemption, culminating in Christ; and (4) “Theological Soundings” identify how historic orthodox doctrines are taught or reinforced throughout Scripture.

 

Acts (The NIV Application Commentary)

This is a great entry-level commentary that walks you through the original context of each passage in the book of Acts, helps you bridge the context, and applies it to our context today.

This is an excellent resource for those who want to go deeper into the theological elements found in the book.
